Storm damage often isn't visible from the ground. We can inspect your roof up close for signs of hail or wind damage and explain what we find in plain terms.

A denial isn't always the end of the conversation. You may be able to request more information or additional documentation from your insurer. We can share what our inspection found, but coverage decisions are made by your insurance company, not by us.

Premiums depend on many factors, and rate questions are specific to your policy and insurer. We can't answer that for you. Please confirm anything rate-related directly with your insurance company.

Yes. We can meet your adjuster at the home and show the damage we found, with photos, drone video, and measurements. With your signed permission, we can also talk with your insurance company about the roof work. Texas Contractors, Inc. is a contractor, not a public adjuster: we don't represent you with your insurance company or interpret your policy, and you stay in charge of your claim.

A newer, sound roof is one less question for buyers and inspectors to raise. It's a practical benefit, though we can't guarantee a specific effect on resale value.

Yes. We offer financing through third party lenders, HFS Financial and Synchrony. Checking if you prequalify is free, takes a couple of minutes, and uses a soft credit check, so it does not affect your credit score. Financing is subject to credit approval. The lender decides approval, rates, and terms based on your credit and other factors, and we do not set or guarantee them. Cash or financed, no deposit is needed, and you pay nothing until the job is done and you are satisfied.

Yes. We accept all major credit cards. A flat 1.75% card fee is added to credit card payments to cover processing costs. There is no fee for cash, check, or debit card. Card payments are made when the job is done, and no deposit is needed.
